Evangeline Duy
Currently living in Toronto, and recently returning to work after a year of mat leave, Evangeline, herself a devoted and active mom, understands the importance of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. In 2003, after cultivating years of education and experience in the health and wellness field, she launched Neomama, services to nurture and support new moms and their babies.
As a certified Stott Pilates instructor since 2001, Evangeline has enjoyed teaching Private and Group classes throughout Vancouver, Canada. And upon graduating in 1997 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, she also balanced her time teaching Pilates, with her Registered Massage Therapy practice.
Also, Evangeline is a featured instructor on Omni’s Namaste TV. This instructional yoga television series is shot on location amidst Vancouver’s stunning backdrop and currently airs in 19 countries and 5 continents. Namaste is available on DVD. www.namaste.tv/
