Evangeline Duy

Currently living in Toronto, and recently returning to work after a year of mat leave, Evangeline, herself a devoted and active mom, understands the importance of living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. In 2003, after cultivating years of education and experience in the health and wellness field, she launched Neomama, services to nurture and support new moms and their babies.

As a certified Pilates instructor since 2001, Evangeline has enjoyed teaching Private and Group classes throughout Vancouver, Canada. And upon graduating in 1997 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, she also balanced her time teaching Pilates, with her Registered Massage Therapy practice.

Also, Evangeline is a featured instructor on Omni’s Namaste TV. This instructional yoga television series is shot on location amidst Vancouver’s stunning backdrop and currently airs in 19 countries and 5 continents. Namaste is available on DVD. www.namaste.tv/

Laura Goodger

Laura has been actively practicing Pilates for seven years. Her passion for Pilates drove her to complete the BCRPA instructor training program in early 2008. Laura’s classes are developed to suit all ages and skill levels with an approachable mix of challenging core-work and lengthening stretches. Laura enjoys using her knowledge and experience to pass on enthusiasm for Pilates and to inspire healthy, balanced lifestyles in others. Laura’s classes focus on balance, flow and technique while fostering an atmosphere of comfort and fun!

Adriana Sartori


Adriana is a Pilates instructor and Physiotherapist from Brazil. After a 7 month Mat and Apparatus training course she began teaching Pilates in Rio de Janeiro, where she had her own clinic and studio for 5 years.

Adriana truly loves what she does and is always looking to advance her knowledge. She has certificates in Global Postural Reeducation, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), Postural Assessment – Bernard Bricot Method (France), and Advanced Mat Pilates from Physical Mind Institute (Vancouver). She has a great deal of experience with Rehabilitation Pilates and a background in Physiotherapy. Adriana is also a member of Pilates Association of Canada.

Mylene Perrier


Mylene Perrier is the owner and main teacher at Inergy Studio in Vancouver and for the past 10 years has been focusing on private instruction to educate and bring self-awareness to her clients creating profound and lasting results originating from within. With her experience, strong intuition and positive attitude, Mylene makes Pilates an energizing and fun experience.

Lori Lucas

Lori Lucas is a former birth doula who holds certifications in classical hatha, prenatal, yin, and kids yoga. Lori teaches all levels of hatha yoga full time, and specializes in prenatal and post natal (baby & me) yoga. Her prenatal yoga classes are informative and educational and designed for labour and delivery.
