After many years working in the health and wellness field, and inspired by the birth of her daughter in 2002, Evangeline Duy launched Neomama, services to nurture and support new moms and their babies. Let’s face it, all moms deserve to feel fabulous and fit.
Neomama is all about today’s new (neo) mama. As modern mamas, we want to educate and empower ourselves to be at our optimal. It makes sense. When a women feels healthy and balanced, she can be at her best for her family and friends. From there this strength and energy ripples out into her community, rooting brighter and friendlier futures for the babies we are raising. Evangeline’s specially-designed Neomama services feature pilates, yoga and massage therapy to nourish and care for new moms, moms-to-be, and babies.
