Neomama believes in giving back to the community. Watch for upcoming Karma Mama Neomama classes, where proceeds are donated to local family oriented charities.
Since 2005, Neomama has volunteered by offering weekly Pre & Postnatal Pilates/Yoga classes at the Tupper High School Young Parent Program, supporting teenage moms to complete their high school diploma.
And from 2008-2010, Neomama has been linked to charity events through the non-profit group: Vancouver Family Roots Society.
